Now is the time when the smart people make money in property. I was watching a programme on channel 4 and they were speaking to experieced property investors. Not those who jumped on the fast train 10 years ago, but those who have experienced reccessions before.
They believed that when things felt they were at there lowest, that was the time to strat lookign for the bargains and invest you money in property. The attiude is things can only get better.
Teh key thing is when to stop. They believed when it became too good, and everybody could invest in property, that was the time to start to reduce your risk.
The investors in property highlight the great deals available in cities like manchester and abroad in Spain and Tenerife.
Living in Los Cristianos I know of plenty of properties that are being sold well below the market value, propbably at 2001 property prices some of them. Is now the time to make that investment in a property in Tenerife before every else can do it?
